
As a former Pastor in Winners’ Chapel, who grew from the position of an assistant Pastor to the position of a Provincial Pastor before leaving to obey the call of God upon my life. I can confidently say that most of the policies of church founders and Christian business owners that you don’t like, are products of the evil pastors and staff they hired without knowing.
Wait until you start hiring people before you will understand the place of organizational policies. Policies will save you from police invitations and visitations. Clearly establish your policies and those who can’t fit in, should step out. As you advertise company vacancies, you will unknowingly engage company adversaries.
ANY SYSTEM WITH A BAD POLICY, AT ONE POINT IN TIME MET A VERY BAD PERSON, AND THE MORE BAD PERSONS THEY MEET, THE MORE BAD POLICIES THEY WILL FORMULATE.
One of the policies I love among several others, is the policy that makes it impossible for any full-time Pastor to take you the Founder, and the Church to court after resigning.
Remember the enemy will always come, but when the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of God will lift up a standard against them. If you don’t have a standard as a leader, your followers will use you as their sandals. Be blessed.
